Developing the user experience framework for the Control Tower involved creating a shared cross-organizational ORKs & KPIs tracker, product roadmaps, delivery, quality, spend, and capacity dashboard using prototypes of key components. This included leading client demos, facilitating working sessions, and coaching the development and product teams on translating the design framework and approach into Power Bi.
