This project aimed to transform the onboarding and personalized benefits experience by creating a seamless, user-centric journey. We focused on breaking down silos between key digital products, ensuring that members receive intuitive, engaging, and personalized interactions from their very first login.

Challenges addressed:

  • Fragmented digital ecosystem: Limited connectivity between digital products and platforms led to disjointed user experiences.

  • Underutilized Health Risk Assessment (HRA): The HRA lacked visibility, incentives, and integration with Wellvolution, resulting in static, non-personalized recommendations.

  • Outdated onboarding: The existing process was fragmented and lacked interactive guidance, personalized health program recommendations, and engagement strategies like gamification.
